Case Details
This patient came to us wanting a noticeable yet natural breast enhancement that would complement her smaller frame without appearing overdone. Her goal was to maintain a soft, natural aesthetic while still achieving a clear increase in volume. To achieve this, Dr. Piazza performed a bilateral breast augmentation using Allergan gel implants, placed in the subfascial plane for natural movement and feel. Slightly different implant sizes were selected to optimize symmetry (310cc on the right and 330cc on the left), and GalaFLEX® mesh was used for added internal support. The result is a beautifully balanced enhancement that fits her frame and aesthetic goals perfectly.
