Case Details
This 32-year-old mother of two came to see Dr. Piazza to discuss a breast augmentation procedure. She scheduled a consultation with Dr. Pizza to learn about breast implants to enhance the size and shape of her breasts. Now that she was done having children, she wanted to be able to enjoy her body while she was still young and have the larger fuller breasts she always desired. During her one on one consultation with Dr. Piazza, they were able to select the best implant that would deliver the results she had in mind. The examination was followed by more discussion in Dr. Piazza’s consultation room. She was also able to look at and feel a variety of different implants, and to compare different sizes. Dr. Piazza explained the differences between saline, silicone, high profile, textured implants, and smooth implants. After about an hour in consultation, Dr. Piazza and the patient decided a smooth round gel would be the best implant to deliver the result she was looking for. Dr. Piazza performed her breast augmentation at Stonegate Surgery Center, a fully accredited surgical facility here in Austin.
