It is likely that you will be able to breastfeed normally, as the nipple is not completely removed from the breast; therefore, the nerves and ducts are kept intact. While liposuction can be used to reduce the size of the breasts, I prefer to use the SPAIR technique, which allows me to reduce the breasts in a way that maintains the beautiful curves and shape of the breast. This technique also allows me to use smaller incisions than other breast reduction techniques. This, in turn, creates a more aesthetically pleasing breast appearance than other, more traditional breast reduction methods.
