Liquid Rhinoplasty
A non-invasive alternative that adds injectable filler to key strategic regions of the nose to address cosmetic irregularities. Because it works by adding volume, it will not make the nose smaller — but placing filler in the right areas can make the nose appear more refined and delicate.

at your appointment.
During Treatment
At the outset of the procedure, we numb your nose with a topical anesthetic cream and ice. An expert injector from our team then uses very delicate needles and cannulas to inject hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers into the nose to improve its shape. There is usually no downtime — most patients have only minimal swelling, if any, bruising is rare, and results are instant.
Aftercare
Following the procedure, avoid pushing on, massaging, or applying pressure to your nose, and skip heavy sunglasses, for the first 3 to 4 days. After one week, there are no activity restrictions. Makeup can be applied about an hour after treatment, and normal exercise can resume the following day. If you don’t like the results, the filler can be dissolved.
Safety note: Liquid rhinoplasty has a low complication rate overall, but the most serious risk — compromise of blood flow to the nasal skin — is taken very seriously by our injecting team, even though it occurs extremely rarely, including in the hands of highly trained physician injectors.
Is liquid rhinoplasty
right for you?
Although most patients are candidates for dermal fillers, liquid rhinoplasty is best suited to patients with the following concerns. Those with a poorly defined or droopy nasal tip, or minor irregularities from a past surgical rhinoplasty, can in certain cases also benefit.
Results are limited by skin thickness — particularly for tip refinement, where overly thick skin limits how much change is possible — and filler cannot make a very crooked nose perfectly straight or affect nasal function.
