Case Details
For most patients, breast asymmetry is a fairly common thing to have. This 23 year old patient felt like her right breast was larger than her left breast. She presented to The Piazza Center for Plastic Surgery for a consultation with Dr. Piazza to see what recommendations Dr. Piazza would have. This patient desired more volume to her breasts with lower pole fullness and more symmetry. Dr. Piazza was able to achieve the patient's goal using two different sizes of implants, a larger implant in the left breast and a slightly smaller implant in the right breast. Being two years out from her surgery, this patient is overjoyed with the symmetry, shape, and size of her breasts.
