Case Details
This 35-year-old woman, is a mother of two, who desired augmentation mammoplasty to restore the lost volume of her breasts and enhance the appearance of her breasts. She presented to my Austin plastic surgery office for a breast augmentation and I noted on the exam the patient's left breast fold was slightly higher than the right, and the left breast was slightly smaller than the right. We discussed the risks and benefits of altering the folds in order to give her better symmetry. Five years later, this patient is still saying she receives compliments and loves the breast augmentation provided by Dr. Piazza.
