Case Details
After this patient's second pregnancy, she felt as if her breasts had significantly deflated and desired more fuller and feminine breasts. Based on exam findings, during a consultation with Dr. Piazza at The Piazza Center for Plastic Surgery, given the asymmetry of the patient's shoulders and the anatomical differences between the breasts, perfect symmetry would not be achieved. Dr. Piazza and the patient discussed the use of highly cohesive, anatomically shaped silicone implant to give her a better shape to her breasts, yet maintaining a natural appearance to the breasts. Four years later, this patient is still loving her fuller yet feminine breasts.
