Case Details
This 43-year-old patient came to us after losing 40 pounds with the help of Mounjaro, feeling that the weight loss had left her breasts looking deflated and lacking upper pole fullness. She was currently a D cup and hoped to maintain a similar size—but with a fuller, rounder shape, ideally reaching a full D or DD. Wanting to avoid a breast lift if possible, she expressed concern about potential scarring, especially after seeing friends with visible scars following mastopexy procedures. After a thorough consultation, Dr. Piazza performed a bilateral breast augmentation using Allergan implants placed submuscularly, along with GalaFLEX® mesh for internal support. The result is a beautifully enhanced, naturally lifted appearance—achieved without the need for a lift—giving her the confidence and shape she was hoping for.
