Lori Massad-Koska serves as Chief of Staff and Director of Operations at The Piazza Center, where she oversees the structure and systems that support a seamless, high-level patient experience.

With a background in scaling and optimizing medical practices, Lori brings a refined, systems-driven approach to operations—ensuring that every aspect of the practice functions with intention, efficiency, and consistency. She is known for her ability to bring clarity to complex environments, aligning teams and workflows in a way that allows both patients and providers to feel fully supported.

Working closely with Dr. Piazza, Lori helps shape the operational foundation of the practice, from patient flow to team structure, with a focus on delivering a level of care that is both elevated and deeply personalized.

Her approach is thoughtful, precise, and grounded in the belief that exceptional outcomes are supported by equally exceptional systems.

Outside of the practice, Lori enjoys running, swimming, yoga, and spending time outdoors—activities that reflect her appreciation for focus, balance, and overall well-being.

Sara McGettrick

Patient Consultant

Sara McGettrick is an energetic, people‑focused professional with a genuine passion for aesthetic medicine and elevated patient care. As one of two Patient Consultants at The Piazza Center, she plays an integral role in shaping a thoughtful, personalized experience for each patient, serving as a trusted point of connection throughout their aesthetic journey.

Known for her warm demeanor and attentive approach, Sara believes exceptional care begins with listening, education, and trust. She takes pride in helping patients feel informed, confident, and supported while navigating their aesthetic goals, balancing professionalism with an approach to create a seamless and reassuring experience.

Sara works closely with the clinical team to ensure every detail reflects the high standards and refined environment for which The Piazza Center is known. With a strong appreciation for aesthetic medicine, she values collaboration and consistency, contributing to care that is both personalized and meticulous.

Outside of the practice, Sara leads an active, family‑centered lifestyle. She enjoys running, training at the gym, spending time with her four children and her husband, and cheering on college sports. She thrives on connection—both professionally and personally—and is proud to be part of a team dedicated to excellence, trust, and meaningful patient relationships.

Brianna Foster

Patient Consultant

As a Patient Consultant, Brianna serves as the welcoming face of the practice, dedicated to bridging the gap between curiosity and confidence. She guides patients through every step of their procedural journey, ensuring they feel heard, educated, and well-cared for from their very first visit.

Brianna is deeply passionate about helping individuals achieve their aesthetic goals within a safe and nurturing environment. Outside of the office, she enjoys discovering new dinner spots with friends and spending quality time with her two dogs, Lily the teacup Yorkie and Milo the Shih Tzu.

Megan Tucker

Guest Experience Concierge

With a background rooted in high-level professional communication and a genuine passion for hospitality, Megan Tucker is dedicated to ensuring every guest’s journey at The Piazza Center is seamless, sophisticated, and memorable.

She strives to provide a service experience that is both sophisticated and genuinely inviting, ensuring every guest feels professionally cared for and personally welcomed. She believes that true luxury lies in the details and thrives on anticipating needs before they are even expressed. Whether it is coordinating complex logistics or providing a welcoming first impression, her goal is to create an environment where every visitor feels prioritized and valued.

When not at the concierge desk, she stays energized by embracing the vibrant Austin lifestyle. She can often be found running along the Lady Bird Lake Trail, enjoying the local parks, reading, or planning her next travel adventure. Above all, she cherishes quality time spent with her boyfriend, her close-knit group of friends, and her family—the people who inspire her to bring her best, most authentic self to work every day.

Devonny Goodman

Clinic Coordinator

Devonny is the warm and welcoming presence serving as our Clinic Coordinator. A graduate of Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Devonny combines a strong background in human anatomy and wellness with a passion for delivering exceptional service. With experience in medical spas, Devonny brings a detail-oriented, compassionate approach to patient care—making sure every guest feels comfortable, informed, and valued. Her goal is to create a seamless, personalized experience that reflects the high standards of our practice. When not at the center, Devonny enjoys yoga, and spending time with her two cats, Gunner and Kylo Chowder Cheeseball.

Ashley Grayson

Advanced Aesthetic Assistant and Skincare Specialist

Ashley Grayson brings an energetic blend of clinical ambition, aesthetic expertise, and athletic discipline to every role she takes on. Currently pursuing her BSN-RN with long-term goals of earning her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Ashley is deeply committed to bridging the gap between beauty and medicine.

As a licensed medical esthetician and laser technician, Ashley has developed a specialty in treating reactive skin conditions, including acne, rosacea, and compromised barrier health. She finds purpose in helping clients feel confident in their skin, believing that when people feel good, they do good—in every aspect of life.

Her passion for patient care is matched by her drive in the gym. Ashley is a CrossFit gym owner and a competitive athlete for over 15 years, where she embodies the same discipline, focus, and resilience she brings to her professional pursuits.

With a clear vision for the future, Ashley aspires to become a plastic surgery operating room nurse and an aesthetic nurse injector, roles where she can combine her clinical knowledge, surgical curiosity, and eye for natural beauty. She enjoys working hand in hand with Nurse Hayley, enhancing the patient experience. Outside of work and training, Ashley enjoys a healthy, intentional lifestyle with her husband and two beloved dogs. She thrives on building meaningful connections and empowering others—through skincare, strength, or support.

Lacy Souther

Aesthetic Assistant

Lacy Souther, a dedicated professional originally from McKinney, made the move to Austin in April 2023. With a laser certification obtained in 2006, she embarked on a career in the medical aesthetics field, working at various medspas before taking a break to raise her children. Upon their school years, Lacy pursued further education to become a surgical technician, eventually landing a role in the operating room as a surgical representative. The convergence of her love for aesthetics and surgical experience led her to the esteemed Piazza Center, where she now thrives at the intersection of her two passions. Lacy is committed to continuous growth and is honored to contribute to the exceptional team at the Piazza Center, where she helps patients achieve their aesthetic goals and enhance their self-confidence.
