Alyson Crater

Non-Surgical Business Development Manager

Alyson joined The Piazza Center Team in January 2020 after being a loyal patient and fan for years. She has degrees in Psychology and Communications with a Master’s degree in Interior Architecture. She planned, launched and ran her first furniture store and interior design business before she was 30. With over 15 years of experience in sales management and business development, she brings her entrepreneurial spirit and connection-building skills to The Piazza Center to help create truly exceptional experiences for their patients. She is beyond excited to help curate a premier line-up for advanced skincare and medical aesthetic products to meet our client’s individual needs. Alyson lives in Dripping Springs with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys live music, sunshine, great food and working on her fitness.

Alessondra Viviann

Director of People and Culture

Alessondra is a native of Austin and spent her years growing up in the Lake Travis area. She graduated from St. Edward’s University in 2002 with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. After college, she helped her family open and manage an Italian restaurant in the Lakeway area for the next 17 years. It was her mission to learn every aspect of running a successful business. Over the course of her career, she has learned the value of creating excellence in hospitality and lifetime relationships with clients; knowledge and experience that she has carried with her to her new career at The Piazza Center. She believes in treating others with kindness and is driven to create exceptional experiences for our clients. She enjoys spending time with her two children and her family, cooking with her mother, and enjoying summer days on the lake.

Devon Grisham

Advanced Aesthetician and Skin Consultant

Devon moved back to Austin in 2021 to pursue her career in skincare. Her background includes sales, consulting, makeup artistry and hair styling. She gained extensive experience in assessing and recommending skincare regimens during her tenure with high-end spas and prestigious skincare and makeup lines.

California was the big beginning of her career as a makeup artist. After being  featured on The Bachelor Season 12, she continued to do makeup for The Bachelorette and other Bachelor contestants and has worked professionally with US Weekly, New Beauty Magazine at Fred Segal, Showtime, The Emmy’s, The Grammy’s and various celebrities and high-profile producers.

Now back to her Texas roots, Devon has gained experience in sales and business development, leading her to her true passion in skincare. In 2021, she decided to continue her education and get her medical Esthetician’s License at Ann Webb Skin Institute and pursue her career in a more results-driven atmosphere. She knew The Piazza Center was the perfect fit for her to start her journey focusing on skincare and building lifetime relationships.

As a Skincare Consultant, her passion for knowledge in the ever-changing skincare/beauty industry ensures that she stays informed with the latest technologies and cutting-edge ingredients in medical-grade skincare, which she loves and looks forward to sharing with all of her clients!

Devon focuses on a results-based philosophy, where she utilizes the Visia Skin Analysis to monitor the progress of your skincare routine. By comparing your skin's condition before and after a treatment or product, we can provide you with a detailed analysis of your skin’s changes. This allows us to optimize your skincare routine for maximum results, ensuring that you achieve your desired outcome.

Emily Young

Skin Coach

A true Austin native, Emily has worked in hospitality and customer service ranging from hotels to private clubs for over 10 years. She trained at the renowned Ann Webb Skin Institute in Austin, Texas. She is a licensed medical aesthetician and is a certified Skin Care Coach at our clinic. She is passionate about combining her hospitality roots with her passion for marketing and skincare. She currently loves creating fun content for The Piazza Center and sharing knowledge ranging from skincare to skin treatments.

When she’s not at work, you can find her exploring new restaurants around Austin or enjoying a coffee and lounging in her favorite face mask.

Mia Lekocaj

Phone Concierge

Mia joined The Piazza Center in 2021, bringing an incredible amount of customer service experience. A native of Northwest Indiana, Mia helped manage her parents’ restaurant for 5 years and was able to acquire knowledge in business operations. This has helped her value the need to establish and build relationships to provide professionalism, excellence, and exceptional customer service. Mia has a license in cosmetology and recently relocated to Austin in 2021 from New York. She has an eye for fashion and a passion for travel with her husband on her free time.

Brooke Munch

Front Desk Concierge

Brooke joined the Piazza Family in March 2023. Brooke graduated from Kansas State University and pursued social work in Kansas City for 4 years before relocating to Austin. Brooke has a passion for helping others and making a positive impact in individuals’ lives. Brooke truly loves connecting with patients and positively enhancing their experience at the Piazza Center. Brooke enjoys spending time with her significant other and their three dogs. On the weekends you will find Brooke at the pool or trying out a new restaurant.

Jenni Beth Dyke

Aesthetic Assistant

Jenni became an Esthetician knowing she loved sharing the benefits of quality skin care products and seeing the results. Growing in her career she found that for her, professional fulfillment was connected to her clients’ wellbeing. Jenni takes pride in ensuring an amazing patient experience at The Piazza Center. She wants every patient to feel well taken care of during and after their visit. Jenni enjoys spending time with her son and exploring Austin. Her biggest Joy in life is being a Mother, watching her son grow up is what makes her thrive!

Lacy Souther

Injector Assistant to April Daniel

Lacy Souther, a dedicated professional originally from McKinney, made the move to Austin in April 2023. With a laser certification obtained in 2006, she embarked on a career in the medical aesthetics field, working at various medspas before taking a break to raise her children. Upon their school years, Lacy pursued further education to become a surgical technician, eventually landing a role in the operating room as a surgical representative. The convergence of her love for aesthetics and surgical experience led her to the esteemed Piazza Center, where she now thrives at the intersection of her two passions. Lacy is committed to continuous growth and is honored to contribute to the exceptional team at the Piazza Center, where she helps patients achieve their aesthetic goals and enhance their self-confidence.

Sloane Hanley

Injector Assistant to Alison Kothmann

Sloane is a licensed esthetician who discovered her passion for skincare and beauty while growing up in Austin. She went to Aveda Institute to further her knowledge in aesthetics, where she graduated with distinction. Sloane's primary focus is ensuring clients feel comfortable and leave here feeling beautiful. Outside of work, she embraces a healthy lifestyle, often found on the town lake trail or enjoying quality time with friends. Her dedication to wellness complements her professional expertise, making her a trusted and well-rounded esthetician in the Austin community.

Celeste Harrison

Pre-op and Clinic Nurse

Celeste was born and raised in Houston where she began her career as a nurse in 2020. Driven by a desire for new challenges and the opportunity for growth, Celeste made the decision to move to Austin, where she continued her work in the emergency department. It was during this time that Celeste discovered her true calling in the field of plastic surgery and found her professional home at The Piazza Center.

Outside of work, Celeste enjoys the company of her beloved pug Cocoa and enjoys exploring the vibrant city of Austin. Whether she’s cheering on her favorite Houston sports team or discovering new culinary delights, Celeste approaches life with a spirit of enthusiasm and curiosity, mirroring her approach to patient care.

Jenn Rose

Clinical Operations Manager

Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, she has dedicated 29 years of her life to nursing, with a diverse range of experiences. From acute care to tending to students in public schools while raising her wonderful son and daughter, her journey has taken her through the realms of senior care for a decade and eventually into the role of a regional corporate nurse. When the challenges of Covid-19 arose, she made a bold decision to leave her career in California behind and embarked on an 11-month journey of 'vanlife' across the United States. Texas captured her heart during this adventure, and she decided to settle in Austin, where she joined The Piazza Center. Beyond her professional endeavors, nothing brings me more joy than spending quality time with her adult children. Jenn has an insatiable wanderlust, always seeking new adventures through travel.

Alex Price

Surgical Team - Patient Consultant

Alex, a native Texan dedicated to enhancing lives, pursued her passion for business marketing at the University of Oklahoma, earning a Bachelor's degree that became the cornerstone of her career. With a talent for connecting and identifying opportunities, she excelled in sales and customer service within golf entertainment and the boating industry, mastering relationship-building and customer needs assessment.

Driven by her passion for service, Alex transitioned to surgical patient care, leveraging her sales expertise to positively impact individuals' well-being. Her empathetic approach and ability to foster trust ensure each patient experiences a supportive surgical journey. Beyond her career, Alex cherishes time with her son Walker, enjoying Lake Travis and Lake Austin. In her leisure, she shares her love for the water by teaching wake surf/waterski lessons and captaining boat charters, offering unforgettable experiences with her infectious energy and expertise.
