Case Details
This patient came to us seeking a round, balanced breast shape with enhanced upper pole fullness that would still complement her tall, athletic frame. Her goal was to achieve fuller breasts that looked proportional and natural with her active lifestyle. To accomplish this, Dr. Piazza performed a bilateral breast augmentation using Allergan gel implants (SSF 415cc) placed in the submuscular plane, along with GalaFLEX® mesh for added internal support. The result is a beautifully contoured, round aesthetic with strong upper pole fullness that moves naturally and fits seamlessly with her body.
