This 32-year-old patient came to us feeling that her breasts had lost volume and firmness over time. She had naturally fuller breasts earlier in life, but the effects of aging and breastfeeding led to noticeable sagging and a deflated appearance. To restore a more youthful, lifted shape, Dr. Piazza performed a bilateral breast augmentation with mastopexy (breast lift) using Motiva Ergo Demi implants for a soft, natural feel. GalaFLEX® mesh was also placed to provide internal support and help maintain long-term results. Her outcome is a beautifully rejuvenated breast shape that feels more like herself again.
