Breast Augmentation with a Breast Lift Before & After Pictures of Patient 30Back Next Case Previous Case
After seeking a consultation with another plastic surgeon for breast augmentation in Austin, this 27-year-old woman sought a consultation with Dr. Rocco C. Piazza in Southwest Austin. She had made a decision when she turned 27-years-old that she would commit to leading a healthy lifestyle. She concentrated on healthy eating habits, diet and exercise and after an 80-pound weight loss, she found herself unhappy with the appearance of her breasts. She felt as if a large amount of volume had been lost from her breasts and they took on a “tube sock” appearance.
She met in consultation with Dr. Piazza over her lunch hour from work. She had a number of questions from her first consultation with another surgeon that were unanswered and Dr. Piazza made sure he answered each one of these questions. After an examination, it was determined that she would need a breast lift procedure which usually means additional, unwanted scarring. However, Dr. Piazza, used a short scar (also know as minimal scar) technique to perform both an augmentation and a breast lift.
Her breast augmentation and lift was performed in Austin at Seton SW Hospital in the day surgery department. The surgery took a few hours and was performed under general anesthesia. She went home a few hours after surgery and was back to normal activities in about a week. She is extremely happy with her size, shape and minimal scarring on her breasts. She is now 3 months out from surgery and ready for summer!
