Before & After Pictures of Patient 166
Procedures Performed: Breast Augmentation, Breast Augmentation: Gummy-Bear ImplantBack Next Case Previous Case
This 34-year-old mother of two had breast augmentation with saline breast implants many years ago. At the time, she felt like the implants were very large for her, remarkably unnatural looking, and too firm. In addition, this patient felt like her surgical result was not proportionate to her body. She had the saline implants removed prior to having her children, which left her very flat-chested without much breast shape and practically no breast volume. She wanted her breasts to look fuller yet natural, and wanted to fit in her clothes so that she could fill out her dresses and blouses. She also wanted a result that was proportionate to her body and frame.
Dr. Piazza examined this patient during a breast augmentation consultation at his Austin practice and found that her original breast incision was very low. He chose shaped, gummy bear implants and reconstructed her breast fold in order to give her a very symmetric and natural result. She is seen here nearly 3 months after her procedure and loves her appearance.
