At The Piazza Center in Austin, we offer nonsurgical injectable treatments with BOTOX® Cosmetic and JUVÉDERM®, collagen stimulators (such as Sculptra® Aesthetic), and KYBELLA® to help fight the signs of aging and restore youthful contours to the face, neck, and hands. BOTOX Cosmetic, Dysport®, & XEOMIN®

BOTOX Cosmetic

BOTOX Cosmetic is one of the most popular nonsurgical treatments for those looking to improve the appearance of dynamic wrinkles on the forehead and around the eyes, including frown lines and crow’s feet. A treatment takes about 20 minutes. You’ll typically see results typically within 4 to 7 days after the procedure, although your experience may vary. The results, on average, last 3 to 4 months and we recommend regular maintenance treatments.

Dysport

Dysport is an injectable product that’s often mentioned in the same breath as BOTOX Cosmetic. Dysport uses the same active ingredient to treat many of the same concerns. However, due to subtle differences in its consistency and formulation, it may be a better option for certain patients. Results can be seen within 3 to 5 days of your treatment and normally last 3 to 4 months.

XEOMIN

Similar to BOTOX and Dysport, XEOMIN is an injectable product designed to treat dynamic wrinkles. XEOMIN uses a purified version of the active ingredient used to treat muscles that cause wrinkles but is double-filtered to remove any unnecessary proteins.

Dermal Fillers

We offer various injectable fillers such as the JUVÉDERM product line, including JUVEDERM ULTRA PLUS®, VOLUMA®, and VOLLURE®, along with the Restylane product line, including Restylane Lyft, Silk, Refyne, and Defyne.

When it comes to reducing the appearance of wrinkles and lost volume, the simple administration and impressive results of dermal fillers are tough to beat. Fillers help women and men safely and effectively restore volume and fade wrinkles, revealing a refreshed appearance that looks natural and which can last months and even years.

Some fillers are better at treating certain concerns than others, so this isn’t an exhaustive list of indications. However, the following concerns are often very responsive to filler treatments:

• Nasolabial folds (“parentheses” around the mouth)
• Vertical lip lines
• Marionette lines (extending down from the corners of the lips)
• Diminished volume in the cheeks
• Thin or uneven lips
• Flattened brows
• Weak chin
• Poorly defined jawline
• Nose refinement, called a liquid rhinoplasty

Collagen Stimulators

Sculptra® Aesthetic is an injectable treatment that gradually restores volume by stimulating the production of collagen — one of the foundations of smooth, elastic skin. Sculptra is a beautiful way to frame the face, define the jawline, rejuvenate skin laxity, and replace facial volume loss. It is the first injectable that gives you subtle results over time. Sculptra regenerates lost collagen and creates a very natural-looking appearance so you don’t look like you’ve had “work done.” A full complement of Sculptra treatments (usually 3 separate sessions scheduled over a few months) can produce results that last up to 2 years.

KYBELLA®

KYBELLA is an injectable treatment that kills fat cells to improve the appearance and profile of moderate to severe fat below the chin, also called a “double chin.” Even though it is approved by the FDA treating the area under the chin, we offer “off-label” uses to treat areas including the bra line, the inner knee, and other small, localized areas of fat. KYBELLA injections achieve the best results after multiple treatments. Most patients have 2 or 3 treatment sessions, scheduled 8 weeks apart, and see results as soon as 4 weeks after the injections.
