Allergan, the manufacturer and distributor of Juvederm XC has launched an iPad and iPhone App that helps patients to visualize what filler can look like to treat the area of the smiles lines. This has become a truly excellent way for patients to visualize what this change will appear like using his/her own photos and I have found that this puts to rest many of the fears that patients have when it comes to facial fillers. Both Hayley RN and I are focused on conservative treatment so that we may enhance our patient’s features and soften lines to create a well-rested appearance and keep treatments natural at our Austin plastic surgery practice. In a recent news report, KVUE’s Jim Bergamo featured a story about how this iPad App has become an integral part of my practice.
