This 66-year-old patient came to us wanting to discuss a breast lift with a possible increase in fullness, while also addressing excess volume in her anterior axillary fold (AAF). She was initially nervous about getting implants and wanted a natural-looking outcome that aligned with her body and lifestyle. After a thoughtful consultation with Dr. Piazza, she decided on a bilateral breast augmentation using Motiva Ergo Demi implants, paired with a mastopexy (breast lift) and GalaFLEX® mesh for internal support. To further refine her contour, liposuction to the AAF was performed, and the implants were placed in the subfascial plane for a soft, natural feel.
