This 56-year-old patient had always struggled with larger breasts and came to us seeking relief and a more balanced figure. She shared that any weight gain seemed to go straight to her chest, and it was the last place she lost weight—leaving her feeling uncomfortable and self-conscious, especially in clothing and swimsuits. Wanting to feel more confident and at ease in her daily activities, she underwent a bilateral breast reduction with mastopexy (breast lift). The procedure helped reduce excess volume, lift the breasts, and create a more proportionate, comfortable shape. Now, she feels more confident, active, and free in her body.
