This 46-year-old patient came to us feeling frustrated with the appearance of her lower abdomen after two C-sections. Despite her efforts, she was left with a persistent “pooch” that never fully resolved. To help her achieve a flatter, more sculpted look, Dr. Piazza performed a Skin Pinch procedure with suction-assisted liposuction (SAL) of the flanks using a 180-degree approach. Additionally, an infraumbilical rectus diastasis repair was performed to tighten the abdominal muscles below the belly button. The result is a smoother, more contoured midsection that better reflects her active lifestyle and helps restore confidence.
