            Breast Augmentation Revision
Case 293
Case Details
This is a 36-year-old mother of two young children who consulted with Dr. Piazza about a breast revision procedure. Her main concern was correcting capsular contracture of her right breast that she developed after a breast augmentation. Capsular Contracture is when the scar tissue over develops around the breast implant and is a rare complication of a breast augmentation. Dr. Piazza implements a no touch technique and adheres to all standards of care set forth by the ASPS when performing a breast procedure to greatly reduce this risk. After the revision procedure this patient is happy with her soft breasts and the symmetry that was achieved.
