Case Details
This 57-year-young lady came to see Dr. Piazza at his Austin plastic surgery office about revising her breast augmentation and lift procedure that she had undergone one year ago by another surgeon. She desired more fullness in the upper portion of her breast. She felt like the majority of her volume was hanging over her upper abdomen. She also disliked the large size of the areola. Dr. Piazza recommended revision procedure to replace her silicone gel implants and to use Strattice™ TM to create an internal bra and raise her breast fold. He also recommended a full breast lift in order to both raise the position of the nipple-areol-complex and to reduce the diameter of the areola. She underwent this procedure at Seton SW Hospital as an outpatient procedure. She did very well and is depicted here 6-weeks after her surgery.
