Case Details
This 45-year-old female patient desired a breast augmentation revision after having an initial breast augmentation in 1999 with saline implants. She has been happy with the overall appearance of her breasts, however, the last few years she noticed her breasts started drooping after a significant weight loss, which was very bothersome to her. She scheduled a consultation to meet with Dr. Piazza and to learn more about which options would be best for her. She ultimately desired perkier breasts with upper pole fullness. Dr. Piazza was able to achieve this patient's overall desired appearance with silicone implants, a breast lift and liposuction to the lateral chest wall to prevent excess sagging of the skin and help achieve better symmetry. This patient is 6 months post-op and wishes she would have had this procedure sooner!
