Case Details
This 42-year-old patient came to Dr. Piazza seeking improvement in the appearance of her breasts following second-stage breast reconstruction completed nearly nine years ago. Over time, she had begun to notice indentations and contour irregularities, particularly visible during movement or physical activity. These dynamic changes affected the overall shape and symmetry of her breasts, and she was looking for a solution that would restore a more natural, consistent appearance.To address her concerns, Dr. Piazza performed a bilateral breast implant exchange with subtotal capsulectomy, placing Motiva ERSF implants in the subfascial plane.
