Case Details
This is a pleasant 55-year-old-female who came to see Dr. Piazza to discuss breast revision surgery in Austin. She had undergone several breast augmenation procedures in Austin and was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts. She sought a consultation with Dr. Piazza for his use of short scar breast lift techniques and his focus on revision breast surgery. She desired larger, fuller breasts. Dr. Piazza felt that he could perform this best by using a neosubcapsular pocket to revise her breasts. He removed her saline implants, replaced them with silicone gel breast implants and performed a circumvertical short scar mastopexy. She is now 3-months out from surgery and has resumed all physical activities. She was actually back to work 5 days after the procedure! Her outpatient surgery was performed at Seton SW Surgery Center.
