Case Details
This 39-year-old patient presented to The Piazza Center with concerns of increased tightness and firm breast implants and wanted to discuss a breast revision with a lift for a softer appearance. During her visit with Dr. Piazza, it was determined she had Capsular Contracture grade 3 and she would benefit not only from a breast revision but placement of Strattice. Strattice is placed in the breasts, similar to an internal bra for support and helps decrease the recurrence rate of Capsular Contracture to 10%. The patient is pleased Dr. Piazza was able to deliver the softer, natural breast appearance she desired.
