Case Details
This incredibly fit and healthy 40-year-old mom had saline breast augmentation nearly 11 years ago. Since that time, she has had two full-term pregnancies and has noticed a change in the appearance of her breasts. Her biggest concern was that the breast implants stayed high in the breast and her breast tissue was drooping off the lower portion of the breast implant giving it an unpleasant shape. She came to see Dr. Piazza to discuss replacing her breast implants with softer silicone gel implants. She is seen her after undergoing a revision breast procedure replacing her saline breast implants with silicone and undergoing a simultaneous short-scar breast lift procedure.
