Case Details
This 35-year-old woman who had a history of significant weight loss and desired to improve the shape and volume of her breasts. At his Austin plastic surgery office, Dr. Piazza evaluated the patient understanding her goals. Based on the appearance of her breasts he recommended both an augmentation and a breast lift in Austin at Seton Southwest. He performed an augmentation using silicone gel implants placed under the muscle. He also performed a short-scar breast lift at the same time. He then used an interlocking purse-string suture to control the stretch of the areola. She did well after surgery and is seen here at 6 months after surgery.
