Case Details
This 41-year-old mother met with Dr. Piazza for a breast augmentation and breast lift procedure at his Austin plastic surgery office. Like many women here in Austin, her breasts changed significantly after having two children and she felt they had become “sunken in”. She was looking to restore her once fuller breasts but remain as natural as possible with her surgical result. She met with Dr. Piazza and his surgical coordinator for an in-office consultation. During her one-on-one meeting with Dr. Piazza, he explained the different breast implant types that are available. They decided that she would do best with the “gummy bear” shaped silicone implant. As you can see in her after photos, the anatomical implant shape in combination with the lift procedure gives her a natural shape to the breasts and more fullness as she so desired.
