Desiring fuller breasts, this 47–year-old woman saw Dr. Piazza for a breast augmentation and lift at his Austin plastic surgery practice. She wanted more fullness in the upper portion of her breasts. She had noticed that she lost a significant amount of breast volume during her weight-loss program. She met with Dr. Piazza and his care coordinator for an in-office consultation. During her one-on-one meeting with Dr. Piazza, he explained the different breast implant types available, as well as the different incisions that can be used in breast augmentation surgery. They agreed on a surgical plan to meet her sizing goals. She is seen here 3 months after her procedure and is pleased with her natural-looking breast size.
