Case Details
This 38-year-old female patient scheduled a consultation with Dr. Piazza as she was unhappy with the looseness of the skin envelope and the droop to each breast. She felt her left breast was larger than her right and was looking for more symmetry. She desired more fullness in the upper portion of the breasts and better position of the nipples. She is an avid runner and wanted to make sure that she could do the activities without feeling that her breasts were too large. During her consultation, sizing was performed to give the patient a better idea of what to expect. Dr. Piazza explained the downtime, risks and recovery process and together they created a surgical plan that would also entail liposuction the anterior axillary folds to remove the fat that was present. She is photographed here 6 years post-op and still loving her results.
