After recently losing 30 pounds, this 33-year-old female patient, presented to The Piazza Center for Plastic Surgery in Austin, Texas because she still had significantly large breasts. She was 38DDD but desired smaller, more perkier and beautiful breasts. Dr. Piazza discussed the risks and benefits of the procedure and realistic expectations. She had a very wide chest and a larger breast. The goal was to reduce this breast significantly, however if she went too small, it would not suite her frame. A little over a year, this patient continues to be pleased with her lifted and reduced results.
