his 40-year-old patient came to us hoping to restore breast volume and shape after having three full-term pregnancies and breastfeeding each of her daughters. She shared that her breasts were fairly small prior to pregnancy, but became significantly fuller during that time—only to return to their original size with a deflated, loose appearance afterward. Wanting to feel confident in a swimsuit and achieve a rounder, fuller look with enhanced cleavage, she underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with mastopexy (breast lift) using Motiva Round Full implants placed in the subfascial plane. To support the lift and maintain long-term results, GalaFLEX® mesh was placed, and suction-assisted liposuction (SAL) of the lateral chest wall (LCW) helped refine her silhouette. At 3 months post-op, she’s enjoying a rejuvenated, confident new look that beautifully complements her frame.
