This 44-year-old patient came to us hoping to restore her breasts to the youthful shape and fullness she had 20 years ago. Her goal was to achieve a lifted appearance with enhanced upper pole volume, while maintaining a natural look that felt true to her body. To accomplish this, Dr. Piazza performed a bilateral breast augmentation using Motiva Ergo Demi implants, combined with fat transfer to the breasts for added softness and contour. GalaFLEX® mesh was placed for internal support, and suction-assisted liposuction (SAL) of the anterior axillary fold (AAF) helped refine the overall silhouette. The result is beautifully balanced, natural-looking enhancement—and she couldn’t be happier.
