This 37-year-old patient came to us after losing nearly 70 pounds with the help of Mounjaro and experiencing two full-term pregnancies. As a result, she felt her breasts had become hollow and deflated, with much of her current bra size—a 34G—being made up of excess skin rather than true volume. Her goal was to achieve fuller, perkier breasts that still felt proportional to her body and maintained a natural, seamless appearance. To achieve this, Dr. Piazza performed a bilateral breast augmentation with mastopexy (breast lift) using Motiva ERSF implants placed in the subfascial plane, along with GalaFLEX® mesh for added internal support. Suction-assisted liposuction (SAL) of the lateral chest wall (LCW) was also performed to enhance her overall contour. The result is a beautifully lifted, fuller look that complements her frame while still feeling authentic to her.
