This 22-year-old female came in for a consultation with Dr. Piazza at his office in Austin, Texas, to discuss breast augmentation surgery. She wanted breast enhancement to increase the size of her breasts, improve the shape of her breasts, and to correct asymmetry. She was most concerned that her left breast was smaller than her right breast and wanted them to be the same size. Dr. Piazza and his nurse, Hayley, spent about an hour with her during her appointment. Dr. Piazza explained the different breast implant types available, as well as the different incisions that can be used in breast augmentation surgery. Using special silicone gel sizers, she was able to show Dr. Piazza the size she wanted her breasts to be.
