This 21-year-old female battled with noticeable breast asymmetry since breast development as a teenager. She had become self-conscious about her breast appearance and decided to consult with Dr. Piazza at his Austin plastic surgery practice. She discussed with him that she did not like the takeoff of the breast from her chest and that she also disliked her large areolas. She did not like the fact that her nipples pointed downward.
