Female Concern: Wide breast gap, desired fuller breast with both implant and fat transfer for natural appearance Dr. Piazza recently performed a specialized revision procedure to enhance the appearance of the breast with fat transfer and implants. First, Dr. Piazza adjusted the position of the breast implants by placing them under the breast tissue (subglandular augmentation). Additionally, Dr. Piazza repositioned a muscle called the pectoralis muscle to help achieve a more natural and flattering result. To further refine and shape the breasts, Dr. Piazza performed a fat transfer procedure using a specialized technology called REVOLVE from the patient's underams. The fat was harvested and inserted into the breasts alongside breast implants.
