This 45-year-old patient is now 6 months post-op after a comprehensive transformation addressing both her breasts and abdomen. Dr. Piazza performed a bilateral breast augmentation with GalaFLEX® mesh for support, along with suction-assisted liposuction (SAL) of the anterior axillary fold (AAF). To enhance softness and symmetry, fat transfer to both breasts was performed using fat harvested from the flanks and inner thighs.For her abdomen, Dr. Piazza completed an abdominoplasty with SAL of the flanks and bilateral inner thighs, creating a smoother, more defined contour. At 6 months post-op, she is enjoying a refined silhouette, improved balance, and restored confidence in her appearance.
