This 62-year-old patient came to us ready to invest in herself and embrace the next stage of life with confidence. Recently retired, she was excited to finally take the time to address a few long-standing concerns. Her primary goal was to achieve a flatter tummy, a more defined hourglass shape, and improved core strength. In addition, she wanted her breasts to sit higher and look more youthful. To accomplish this, Dr. Piazza performed a bilateral breast augmentation with full mastopexy (breast lift) using Allergan implants placed submuscularly, along with liposuction of the lateral chest wall (LCW) and anterior axillary fold (AAF). To address her abdominal concerns, he performed a full abdominoplasty with liposuction of the flanks and mons pubis.
