This 41-year-old female patient scheduled a consultation with Dr. Piazza to discuss a breast and body procedure. She noticed asymmetry to her breasts and felt they dropped. She desired a flatter tummy and a contoured waistline. Together, Dr. Piazza and the patient created a surgical plan of a Breast Augmentation Mastopexy which would create better symmetry to the breasts as well as lifting the breast and increasing the volume. A mesh material, Galaflex was used for this patient to secure the lower fold and add stability over time. A tummy tuck with liposuction of the flanks was performed to flatten the tummy and contour the waistline as the patient desired. She is shown here 7 months post-op and is feeling confident in all areas of her life.
