Taylor Moreira

Chief of Staff and Medical Spa Manager

Taylor brings a wealth of experience and a passion for excellence to her role as Chief of Staff and Medical Spa Manager at The Piazza Center. After relocating to Texas from Connecticut in July 2023 with her husband, Taylor has seamlessly integrated into the local community while continuing her impressive career trajectory in the medical spa industry.

Taylor's journey began in luxury retail management, where she honed her skills in client service and operational excellence. In 2018, she transitioned into the medical spa sector, discovering a profound passion for the field. Her expertise in managing and launching multiple medical spas has equipped her with a unique blend of operational acumen and industry insight, which she now brings to The Piazza Center.

At The Piazza Center, Taylor is dedicated to supporting and enhancing the lives of her colleagues while driving the success of the non-surgical services offered. Her leadership and commitment to excellence ensure that both clients and team members receive exceptional care and support.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys exploring new happy hour spots with her husband, spending quality time with her Aussie Doodle, Bear, and her two orange kittens, Monkey and Finn. She is also an avid attendee of Pure Barre classes and has a not-so-secret passion for reality TV.

Taylor’s dynamic background and enthusiastic approach make her a vital part of The Piazza Center team, where she continues to inspire and lead with dedication and warmth.

Alessondra Viviann

Director of People and Culture

Alessondra is a native of Austin and spent her years growing up in the Lake Travis area. She graduated from St. Edward’s University in 2002 with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. After college, she helped her family open and manage an Italian restaurant in the Lakeway area for the next 17 years. It was her mission to learn every aspect of running a successful business. Over the course of her career, she has learned the value of creating excellence in hospitality and lifetime relationships with clients; knowledge and experience that she has carried with her to her new career at The Piazza Center. She believes in treating others with kindness and is driven to create exceptional experiences for our clients. She enjoys spending time with her two children and her family, cooking with her mother, and enjoying summer days on the lake.

Mia Lekocaj

Phone Concierge

Mia joined The Piazza Center in 2021, bringing an incredible amount of customer service experience. A native of Northwest Indiana, Mia helped manage her parents’ restaurant for 5 years and was able to acquire knowledge in business operations. This has helped her value the need to establish and build relationships to provide professionalism, excellence, and exceptional customer service. Mia has a license in cosmetology and recently relocated to Austin in 2021 from New York. She has an eye for fashion and a passion for travel with her husband on her free time.

Mariel Cadenas

Guest Experience Concierge

Mariel is driven by a genuine passion of ensuring every client feels seen, valued and empowered. With a background in Guest Services and leadership, she takes pride in creating a seamless and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through the door. Growing up abroad led her to view life through a global lens, showing her that connection, whether through shared stories, traditions, or simple presence, is the foundation of personal and collective well-being. Outside of work, Mariel enjoys spending time with her kitten Percy, exploring new places in Austin or continuing to nurture her interest in editorial photography.

Angelina Solíz

Angelina is a Jill of all Trades and has been a dedicated professional in the medical aesthetics field since 2016. With the expertise ranging from medical assistant to clinic manager, Angelina has developed a deep understanding of the industry, and her expertise is evident through an elevated experience for all patients, always having you at the center of her planning and executing. Angelina is born and raised in Texas and outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family.

Alyssa Felsch

Aesthetic Specialist and Community Manager

Alyssa, a native of California's renowned Napa Valley, brings a unique blend of fashion expertise and wellness advocacy to her dynamic career. After graduating from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) in Los Angeles with a degree in Fashion Product Development, she established herself as a force in high-end retail management across major fashion capitals including New York, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. Her leadership has consistently driven exceptional customer experiences and top-performing sales volumes.

In 2017, a personal health journey sparked a profound transformation in Alyssa's professional path. Following her diagnosis, she immersed herself in the world of health and wellness, eventually founding her own functional beverage company. Her commitment to quality is evident in her careful selection of premium, clean ingredients—a philosophy that extends to both her business and family life.

Making Bee Cave, Texas her home in 2021, Alyssa embraced the Lone Star State lifestyle with her three children. She maintains strong ties to her community as an instructor at her local Barre3 studio, where she shares her passion for wellness with others. When not focused on her business ventures, Alyssa can be found cheering on her sons at football games, supporting her daughter's cheerleading and gymnastics pursuits, or enjoying outdoor activities with her fiancé Nick and their golden retriever, Willow. An equestrian enthusiast, she also delights in exploring local farmers' markets, keeping true to her Napa Valley roots and commitment to fresh, wholesome living.

Born and raised in Austin, I have developed a strong passion for the cosmetics industry since 2016. My career journey has allowed me to gain extensive experience in both management and sales consulting. I take great pride in guiding and supporting patients through their transformative journeys, empowering them to embrace their beauty and enhance their confidence.

In every interaction, I find inspiration in the unique stories of those I work with, as each one provides an opportunity to make a positive impact in their lives. I believe in fostering meaningful relationships built on trust and understanding, which helps create a supportive atmosphere for our patients.

Outside of my professional life, my greatest joy comes from spending time with my daughter. Together, we explore the beautiful waters of Austin and indulge in the diverse culinary experiences our vibrant city has to offer. Whether it's enjoying a tranquil weekend at the lake or discovering a new restaurant, our shared adventures continuously enrich our lives.I am dedicated to blending my professional expertise with a personal touch, ensuring that every individual I work with feels valued and empowered on their unique journey. My goal is to provide exceptional service while helping others achieve their aspirations in beauty and self-expression.
