“This is the thinnest skin on your body. It ages first, and it shows every shortcut.”

— Rocco C. Piazza, MD, FACS
Board-certified plastic surgeon

Precision Eye Lift is Pavise’s regenerative and reconstructive eye concentrate — a biomodulating activator formulated to lift, sculpt and firm the eye contour.

An honest word from a surgeon who operates on eyelids

Dr. Rocco Piazza, MD, FACS performs blepharoplasty. So we will be direct about the ceiling here: a topical does not remove excess eyelid skin, and it does not reposition fat. If your concern is a hooded upper lid or a true lower-lid bag with a defined shadow, no eye cream is going to solve it, and any brand that implies otherwise is selling you the wrong thing.

What a well-built eye product can do is meaningful and worth having: support skin density and firmness in the thinnest skin on the body, soften fine lines and crepey texture, and brighten the area. For many patients that is genuinely enough. For others it is what maintains a surgical result for years afterward. Knowing which category you are in is a five-minute conversation, and we would rather have it than sell you a bottle that cannot do the job.

What Pavise says it does

  • Instantly tightens and plumps
  • Lifts and firms the eye contour
  • Visibly rebuilds skin density
  • Illuminates and brightens
  • Smooths fine lines and wrinkles

Built on DiamondCore® and a recombinant proteome matrix.

Pavise documents this product at two separate timepoints — photographic results at four weeks and instrumental measurements at six weeks. Those are distinct datasets and we present them that way rather than combining them into a single headline number.

How to use

  1. Cleanse and pat dry
  2. Apply a small amount around the orbital bone, morning and night
  3. Tap gently from the inner corner outward — do not drag the skin
  4. Follow with SPF in the morning

Avoid direct contact with the eye. Introduce gradually if the area is reactive.

What is in the bottle

Frequently asked questions

When will my pre-order ship?
Our first Pavise shipment arrives September 14. Pre-orders ship first, in the order they were placed, and you will get tracking by email the day yours goes out.

Will this replace eyelid surgery?
No. Blepharoplasty addresses excess skin and fat position; a topical works on skin quality, density and fine lines. They solve different problems. If you are unsure which one your concern actually calls for, ask — that is exactly the kind of question a consultation should settle.

Does it help crow’s feet?
It is formulated to smooth fine lines and support firmness in the eye contour. Dynamic lines that appear when you smile are muscle-driven and respond to neuromodulators; the static crepey texture that remains at rest is where a topical does its work.

How long before I see something?
Pavise documents photographic change at four weeks and instrumental measurements at six weeks. Judge it over that horizon rather than in the first fortnight.

Can I use it after eyelid surgery or laser around the eyes?
Not until your care team clears you. The periorbital area after a procedure has its own timeline, and this is an active concentrate.

Will it help dark circles?
Partly, depending on cause. Brightening and improved skin density can help circles driven by thin, dull skin. Circles caused by volume loss beneath the eye, or by pigment, are different problems with different answers.
