Most people plan a procedure carefully and then improvise the two weeks afterward. That is backwards.

Every resurfacing and collagen-induction treatment works the same way: controlled injury, on purpose, so your skin rebuilds. The device does its part in under an hour. Your skin then spends the next four to six weeks doing the actual work — closing over, laying down new collagen, and organizing it. Every visible thing you are paying for happens in that window, not in the treatment room.

A matrix activator earns its place across that whole stretch, not just the visible part.

Microneedling, including microneedling with exosomes

Traditional microneedling creates thousands of micro-channels to trigger collagen induction. When it is paired with topical exosomes, those channels are also the delivery route — and the skin’s response afterward is what determines what you get from it. What should I use after microneedling with exosomes?
ECM Restore supports the rebuild that follows the treatment. Once you are healed, an ongoing exosome product can carry that work forward. Do not layer multiple actives in the first days — ask your care team for the order.

When can I start it after my treatment?
It is formulated for immediate post-procedure use, and after ablative laser our protocol begins at day zero. Lighter treatments differ, so confirm at your visit.

Can I use it before my procedure?
Pavise describes pre-treatment use in the weeks beforehand to optimize your baseline. Confirm your own pre-treatment plan with your care team, since some products are held before treatments.
