This 49-year-old patient came to us after losing 40 pounds with the help of a GLP-1 medication. While proud of her progress, she was concerned with the loose skin around her midsection—particularly in the central abdomen—and noticeable sagging in her breasts following the weight loss. She had undergone liposuction to her abdomen twice in the past, but was ready for a more comprehensive solution. Dr. Piazza performed a bilateral breast augmentation with GalaFLEX® mesh to restore volume and provide long-term lift and support. He also performed an abdominoplasty with suction-assisted liposuction (SAL) of the lateral abdomen using an anterior approach, along with SAL of the lateral chest wall to further contour her figure.
