This is a 60-year-old women who lives in Austin, Texas was looking for an Austin plastic surgery office for a tummy tuck procedure After many years of raising children and a time consuming career she was ready to do something for herself and her confidence. She spent many years working hard through diet and exercise to stay fit and healthy but always felt that even with all her efforts her abdomen was unattractive and hard to conceal in clothing.
Upon her consultation with Dr. Piazza, he explained that a healthy lifestyle can have a very positive impact on achieving and maintaining an excellent result, but there are limits to the extent of improvement when the abdominal has been stretched from multiple pregnancies. He explained the abdominal muscles must be surgically repaired in order to restore the contour of the abdomen. Dr. Piazza explained that a tummy tuck procedure can repair her abdominal muscle laxity contributing to her protruding abdomen and give her the flat abdomen she has worked so hard for.
Her tummy tuck procedure was performed at Seton Southwest Hospital. After a few weeks of recovering at home she was back at work and feeling confident in her wardrobe. She is looking forward to feeling comfortable in a swimsuit in her upcoming travels.
