This 40-year-old active mother came to our office in Austin, Texas to discuss her options for a bilateral breast revision. Previously this patient had two breast augmentations, first procedure was in 2001 and another in 2011. Over time she became less happy with the appearance of her breasts and felt they were too far apart and her nipples sat too low.
She met with Dr. Piazza to discuss her goals and desires for this procedure in great detail. After a very thorough evaluation, together they decided it would be best to replace her current implants with smooth round gel implants and place strattice, an internal support to help rebuild her internal pocket and correct the lateral displacement of both breasts.
As you can see, this patient achieved a much more natural and symmetric outcome that she is thrilled with. This was an outpatient procedure performed at Stonegate Surgery Center, a fully accredited surgical facility here in Austin.
