Prepectoral Breast Reconstruction Before & After Pictures of Patient 217Back
This 50-year-old female patient was diagnosed with invasive breast cancer of the right breast. Based on her diagnosis, she elected to undergo bilateral non-nipple sparing mastectomies. She met in consultation with Dr. Piazza to discuss her breast reconstruction options.
Dr. Piazza spent an hour explaining the various types of breast reconstructions techniques offered. She ultimately wanted natural shape to her breasts with the least amount of downtime.
Dr. Piazza performed an implant-based reconstruction as a staged approach. He used extensive fat transfer and anatomically shaped silicone gel breast implants to shape her breasts.
