When you initially reach out to us, either by sending us a message online or calling our office, a member of our team gets back to you with detailed answers to your queries right away. We believe that being efficient and respectful of your time is the first step in building a strong relationship with you.

The steps that follow involve consultations and many discussions about your lifestyle, procedure interests, and motivations for surgery. We work to truly get to know you as a person, and we want you to get to know us, as well.

In addition to meeting with our staff, you spend ample time with Dr. Piazza, or Hayley Peña or Alison, our advanced nurse injectors. By the time you have your surgery, you will have spent hours with each of them working together to form the treatment plan that will change your life. We also cover topics that go far beyond cosmetic enhancement, often providing advice about general wellness and even having candid discussions about the factors behind your decision to get plastic surgery.
